All items are handmade with love, so please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your item ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from Bulgaria via UPS/DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated Delivery Times

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, email us at info@macheeltreasures.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be in original, unused condition and safely packaged.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do everything we can to make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.
